Keith Moss: Photographer
Keith Moss has been a Professional Professional commercial, industrial, and food photographer in the north east and UK for over 20 years. Since his first experience with his fathers Pentax ME Super camera at the age of thirteen Keith's passion for photography blossomed into a hobby. Because of high demand for Keiths talent, due to the way Keith caught depth and emotion in his subjects, his hobby quickly turned into a career. Keith has always been passionate about black and white photography, it's what feeds his soul and it’s his way of communicating. He first started exhibiting ten years ago and subsequently exhibited all over Europe and the World. Art enthusiasts and buyers alike collect his Fine Art Photography and often commission Keith to do "One Off " pieces.
After his fine art work was so popular people were interested to see Keith capturing the same feeling in other sectors. Keith was rather reluctant at first to delve into other areas as he feared he would not be able to create the same emotion and impact, but when he was commissioned by the BBC his fears quickly disintegrated as his work received rave reviews. Industry professionals began to again "Trust the photographer", this is what evidently lead to Keith working in all market sectors such as Commercial, Industrial, Food, PR, Model Photography and Fashion. It seemed everyone wanted to capture Keith's special talent, this meant that Keith's portfolio of clients expanded, his profile was raised and his work appeared in magazines such as Vogue, Professional Photographer and Food and Drink. Keith photographed many public figures including Prince Andrew, Alan Shearer and Girls Aloud. Commercially Keith worked with Ad, Design, Communications Agencies and large companies including Unilever UK, Monza Spain, Kosmea Cosmetics Australia, Mars Confectionary, BBC, Huntsman and Hilton Hotels group. He has been featured in Living North, NE Exclusive, National and Local Press and, Digital Photo Pro. Recently Keith has and continues to collaborate with Ilford, the worlds leaders in Black and White Film. One of Keith's greatest achievements, to his own admission, is the fact he was selected to mentor other professional photographers and conduct master classes with Ilford.
"Photography is my life, it's a calling, it feeds my soul and completes me".
